Our story
Wildflower Studio is a small, hands-in-the-dirt design practice rooted in the seasons. We work with what the Pacific Northwest is actually growing — peonies in June, dahlias come late summer, ranunculus and anemone in the cooler months — sourcing from local farms and our own cutting garden whenever we can. That means no two arrangements are ever quite the same, and every wedding, table, and bouquet carries a little of the moment it was made in. We design slowly, listen closely, and let the flowers lead.

How far in advance should we book wedding florals?
For full-service weddings we recommend reaching out 9 to 12 months ahead, especially for peak-season dates from May through October. We take a limited number of weddings each weekend so every couple gets our full attention. That said, do ask even on short notice — we will always tell you honestly what we can do.
What is your delivery area?
We hand-deliver everyday bouquets and arrangements across Portland and close-in neighborhoods daily, with same-day delivery on orders placed before noon. For weddings and larger events we deliver and install throughout the greater Portland metro area; longer distances can be arranged with a travel fee quoted in advance.
Will my flowers look exactly like the photos?
Because we design with what is freshly in season and locally available, specific blooms and colors may vary day to day. We treat photos and mood boards as direction, not a fixed recipe — we promise to honor the palette, style, and feeling you are after, and to substitute with the most beautiful thing in the field that week.
How do workshops and subscriptions work?
Workshops are booked per seat through our calendar — pick a date, reserve your spot, and we handle the flowers, foliage, and tools. The monthly bouquet subscription is a rolling commitment you can pause or cancel anytime; we deliver a fresh seasonal arrangement on the same week each month and bill ahead of each delivery.
