Good to know
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many clients leave a key, lockbox code, or smart-lock access in their booking notes and go about their day. If you prefer to be home, that is perfectly fine too — just let us know what works for you.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Our cleaners arrive with all the eco-friendly products and equipment needed to complete the job, including a vacuum and microfiber cloths. If you would like us to use a specific product you already own, just leave it out and add a note.
Are your products safe for pets and kids?
They are. We use plant-based, low-fragrance products chosen to be safe around children and animals. Tell us about your pets in the booking notes so our cleaner knows who to expect and can keep doors and gates as you prefer.
What does the satisfaction guarantee cover?
If anything was missed or does not meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost. Your booking is not done until you are happy with it.
