A look at how the program flows from big-picture to hands-on.

Day 1 · Morning — Direction
Opening keynotes on product strategy and design vision, followed by a leadership panel on placing bets under uncertainty.

Day 1 · Afternoon — Craft
Parallel workshops on research, prototyping, and systems thinking, capped by the design crit lounge and the waterfront after-party.

Day 2 — Execution & community
Deep-dive talks on shipping and measurement, mentor hours, and a closing session on building teams that keep getting better.

What is your refund policy?
Full refunds are available through August 15. After that, tickets are transferable to another person at no cost — just email us the new attendee details.
What's included with a ticket?
All keynotes, talks, and workshops, plus lunch and coffee both days, the day-one after-party, and access to mentor hours and the design crit lounge.
Are there travel and hotel recommendations?
We have a discounted room block at two hotels within walking distance of the venue. Booking links are emailed with your confirmation while rooms last.
Is there a code of conduct?
Yes. Meridian Summit follows a clear code of conduct covering all sessions and social events. Registration means agreeing to it, and our staff is on hand to help.
Is there a virtual option?
Mainstage keynotes are live-streamed to virtual ticket holders, and recordings of all stage talks are shared with every registrant after the event. Workshops are in-person only.
