What is included with a suite?
Each suite comes finished and furnished with a styling station or treatment setup, a sink, storage, and quality lighting. Utilities, climate control, wifi, common-area cleaning, and our booking and payment tools are all included in your rate.
What are the terms and the deposit?
We offer flexible weekly and month-to-month agreements — no multi-year lease. A standard one-month refundable security deposit holds your suite, and you can scale up to a larger room as your book grows.
Who is The Suite Collective for?
It is built for licensed independent beauty pros: nail techs, lash and brow artists, estheticians, hair stylists, and similar specialists who want to run their own business without the cost and risk of opening a full storefront.
Can I keep my own clients and brand?

How does parking and building access work?
Every location offers convenient client parking and a welcoming shared entrance. You receive a personal key fob for secure 24/7 entry to the building and your own suite, so you and your clients can come and go with ease.
