Good to know
Where do you travel, and is there a fee?
We serve the greater Toronto area and include travel within 20 km of downtown at no extra charge. Beyond that we add a small mileage fee, which you will see clearly before you confirm your booking.
What do you bring, and what do I need to provide?
We bring everything — a portable chair, lamps, soak bowls, towels, our full colour range, and freshly sterilized tools. All we ask is a small table or counter and access to a power outlet. A sink nearby is helpful but not required.
Can you do group or event bookings?
Absolutely — bridal parties, showers, birthdays, and office days are our favourite. Spa parties have a minimum booking and we bring extra technicians so the whole group is pampered at once. Message us with your headcount and date for a quote.
What is your cancellation policy?
Plans change — just give us at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel at no charge. Because mobile visits hold a full travel slot, cancellations inside 24 hours or no-shows may be charged a portion of the service.
