A gentle first-timer session for pups under six months to make grooming feel safe and fun. Light bath, baby brush-out, nail trim, and loads of praise and treats.

Our story
Pawsh started with a simple belief: grooming day should be the best day, not the scary one. We are a fully cage-free salon, which means your pet hangs out in a calm, open space with people who genuinely love them — never crated and waiting. Our groomers go slow, read every wag and whisker, and tailor the visit to your animal, whether they are a bouncy puppy on their very first bath or a dignified senior cat who prefers a quiet corner. Lots of breaks, lots of treats, and a finish that smells amazing and feels even better.

Before you visit
Good to know
Do you require vaccinations?
Yes. For everyone’s safety we ask that dogs are current on rabies and DHPP, and cats on rabies and FVRCP. Just have your vet records handy when you book your first visit and we will keep them on file for next time.
What happens if my pet’s coat is badly matted?
Severe mats can pull and hurt the skin, so we never force a comb-out. When a coat is too tightly matted to brush through humanely, we will shave it short and start fresh — your groomer will talk you through the plan first. The good news: it grows back, and we will help you set a trim schedule to prevent it next time.
My pet gets nervous. Can you still groom them?
Absolutely — anxious animals are kind of our specialty. Being cage-free means we go at your pet’s pace with plenty of breaks, treats, and quiet time. Let us know their triggers when you book. If a pet is too stressed to continue safely, we will pause and reschedule rather than push.
How long does a groom take?
Most baths run 30 to 60 minutes and full grooms take two to three hours depending on size, coat, and how many snack breaks we need. We groom by appointment rather than assembly-line, so your buddy is never sitting around waiting longer than necessary.
