Our story
North Fold started in a borrowed garage with one stubborn idea: brew beer worth driving for, in batches small enough to keep it interesting. Seven years later the kettles are bigger but the rule still stands — every barrel gets our full attention, the taps rotate constantly, and the best seat in the house is the one closest to the tanks. Book a tour, grab a flight, and taste what fresh really means.
Kind words
From our guests
The tour was the highlight of our weekend in Bend. Our guide knew every tank by name and the closing flight was incredible.
We booked the taproom for a 30-person work party and it ran like clockwork. Great beer, zero stress, easy to plan.
Joined the Mug Club on a whim and it paid for itself by month two. The release-club pours alone are worth it.

Good to know
Are minors and families welcome?
Yes — guests under 21 are welcome in the taproom until 8pm when accompanied by an adult, and we keep non-alcoholic options on tap. Tours and tastings are 21+ for the pours, but younger guests can join the walkthrough with a grown-up.
Is there food, or can we bring our own?
We run a rotating lineup of food trucks Thursday through Sunday and keep a short menu of snacks and pretzels behind the bar. Outside food is welcome any time, and we are happy to recommend caterers for private events.
How do group and private bookings work?
Group tasting packages cover up to 12 guests, and full taproom buyouts handle larger parties. Book online and we will follow up to dial in timing, beer selection, and any food truck or catering you would like on site.
Where do we park, and how about transit?
There is a free lot beside the taproom plus street parking on Forge St. We are a short rideshare from downtown Bend, and the Cascades East bus stops two blocks away — designated drivers always drink soda and coffee on the house.
Pull up a stool
Reserve a tour or tasting online in under a minute, or just walk in — the taps are pouring whenever the doors are open.
