What is in the formula, and is it really clean?
Our lip + cheek sticks are 100% vegan and made without parabens, phthalates, or synthetic fragrance, with skin-conditioning ingredients like jojoba and shea so they stay comfortable on bare skin. They are dermatologist-tested and formulated for sensitive skin. The full ingredient list is printed on every product page.
How long does the colour last?
A single sheer layer gives a soft, natural flush that lasts roughly four to six hours; building a second layer or setting lips with a light powder pushes a richer finish toward all-day wear. As a cream formula it fades softly and evenly rather than patching, so touch-ups are quick and seamless.
What is your returns policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If you have opened something and the shade is not right, reach out — within that 30-day window we are happy to swap it for a better match. Damaged or faulty items are always replaced free, just email hello@lumicosmetics.example.
How do the refills work?
Every Lumi shade comes in a weighted, magnetic compact. When you hit the bottom, order a refill pan, pop the empty out, and click the new one in — same compact, fresh colour, far less packaging. Refills are sold on each shade page at a lower price than the full compact.
