Our story
Lull keeps classes small on purpose. Eight reformers, one instructor, and enough room to correct a wrist or a breath — the things that make Pilates work. No mirrors-everywhere energy, just steady, careful movement.

Good to know
I’ve never done Pilates — where do I start?
The Intro class. It’s the same eight-person setup, just paced for first-timers so you leave knowing the springs, the straps, and the basics.
Do I need a membership?
No. Drop in for a single class or buy a small pack. If you end up coming weekly, the pack is the better value — but there’s no contract either way.
What should I bring?
Grippy socks and water. We have socks at the desk if you forget, and everything else is here.
