Ironwood is a small, artist-led studio. We do not chase every style — we go deep on two: delicate fine-line and high-contrast blackwork. Every piece starts with a real conversation and a design drawn for your body, not pulled from a binder. We work in a quiet, single-artist space because a tattoo you will wear for life deserves more than an assembly line. Come in with an idea, a reference, or just a feeling, and we will draw the rest.

Book a consult
Reserve a free sit-down — in person or remote. Bring references, placement ideas, and your timeline. We listen first, then talk through what will actually wear well.

Approve the design & deposit
We draw a custom piece for you and walk through it together. Once you love it, a deposit holds your date and goes straight toward the session.

Get tattooed
Show up rested and fed. We set up clean, dial in the stencil, and take the time the work needs — start to healed-in aftercare plan.

How do deposits work?
A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your appointment, and it comes straight off the cost of your session. It covers our design time. Reschedule with at least 48 hours notice and your deposit moves with you.
What is the aftercare?
We send you home with a healed-in plan and walk you through it before you leave. Keep it clean, keep it moisturized, stay out of pools and direct sun while it heals, and do not pick. Reach out anytime during healing if anything looks off.
What are the age and ID requirements?
You must be 18 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID — no exceptions, even with a parent present. Please bring your ID to every appointment, including your consult.
Do you offer touch-ups?
Yes. One complimentary touch-up within 90 days is included on most pieces once it is fully healed. Just book a touch-up slot and we will sharpen anything that needs it.
Do you do custom designs?
Custom work is what we do. Every piece is drawn for you and your placement after the consult. If you would rather grab something ready-made, watch for our flash days.
