How does shipping work?
Shipping is free on every plan. Boxes go out at the start of each month and typically arrive within 5–7 business days. Deluxe members get free priority shipping for faster delivery.
Can I skip a month or cancel?
Anytime. Manage everything from your account — skip an upcoming box or cancel entirely in two taps, with no phone calls or cancellation emails. You keep any box already billed.
Can I send Hue Club as a gift?
Yes. Choose a 3-, 6-, or 12-month gift subscription at checkout and we’ll send a digital card to the recipient. Gift plans never auto-renew, so there’s nothing to cancel.
Are your polishes safe — and what about allergens?
Our shades are 12-free and cruelty-free, formulated without the most common harsh ingredients. Full ingredient lists ship with every box and live in your account, so you can check for personal sensitivities before you paint.
