Each tier gives you a set credit balance every month — credits are dollar-for-dollar, so $45 in credits covers $45 of services. Spend them at any partner studio on whatever treatment you like, with no booking fees on top.
Which studios can I book?
Your credits work at all 200+ partner studios in the network, spanning nail, lash, brow, facial, and blow-dry specialists. Browse them in the app by location and treatment, and switch between studios whenever you like.
What happens to credits I don’t use?
Unused credits roll over to the next month so nothing is wasted. Stack them up for a bigger treatment or spread them across smaller visits — your balance is always there when you need it.
Can I pause or cancel?
Anytime, right from your account. Pause your membership when life gets busy or cancel in a couple of taps — no phone calls, no hold music. You keep any credits already in your balance.
Can I gift the Glow Pass?
Yes. Choose a 1-, 3-, or 6-month gift pass at checkout and we’ll send a digital card to the recipient. Gift passes never auto-renew, and the recipient picks which partner studios to spend their credits at.
