Fold started with a simple question: what if a workspace actually felt good to be in? Floods of natural light, real plants, quiet phone booths, and rooms that make video calls look sharp. We host a small, motivated community of founders, freelancers, and remote teams — close enough to trade ideas, spaced enough to get deep work done. Book a desk for the day or move in for good; either way you get fast wifi, bottomless coffee, and a front desk that has your back.

What is the difference between a day pass and a membership?
A day pass gets you a hot desk, wifi, coffee, and common-area access for one day — perfect for trying us out or working in town for an afternoon. A membership gives you ongoing access (hot desk or dedicated desk), monthly meeting-room credits, mail handling, and member rates on event space. Your first day pass is free when you book a tour.
Do members really get 24/7 access?
Yes. Hot desk, dedicated desk, and private-office members get keycard access around the clock, every day of the year. Our staffed hours are Monday to Friday 7am–8pm and Saturday 9am–5pm; outside those hours the building runs on secure keycard entry. Day-pass guests work during staffed hours.
How do meeting-room credits work?
Every membership includes a monthly bundle of meeting-room hours that reset each month. Dedicated-desk and private-office plans get more credits than hot-desk plans. Past your credits, you can book any room — including the podcast room and event space — at the hourly rates listed above.
Is there parking and transit nearby?
We are a two-minute walk from multiple downtown bus lines and steps from the bike-share dock out front. There is a covered paid garage next door with discounted member day rates, plus metered street parking on surrounding blocks. Most members bike, walk, or transit in.
