How far in advance should we book?
For full-service and partial planning we recommend reaching out nine to twelve months ahead, and earlier for peak-season dates. Month-of coordination is best booked two to four months out. That said, dates fill quickly — if your timeline is shorter, get in touch and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Do you travel for weddings and events?
Yes. We are based in Nashville and plan throughout Middle Tennessee at no travel charge. We also love destination and out-of-region celebrations; travel and accommodation for those are added to your package at cost and outlined clearly up front.
What budget ranges do you work with?
Our couples and hosts typically invest from the mid five figures upward for full celebrations, though it varies widely by guest count and vision. During your discovery call we will talk through realistic ranges so you know what your budget can achieve before you commit to anything.
What is the difference between day-of and full planning?
Month-of (often called day-of) coordination steps in near the finish line to confirm vendors, build the final timeline, and run the event so you can relax. Full-service planning is a partnership from the very beginning — venue, design, vendors, budget, and logistics, all guided by us throughout. Partial planning sits between the two for couples who have made a start and want expert hands to carry it home.
