Our story
Ember opened in 2019 with one heated room, a stack of borrowed mats, and the belief that a studio should feel like a warm room you want to come back to. We keep classes small so teachers can actually see you, mix flowing vinyasa with slow restorative work and Pilates, and welcome every body and every level. No mirrors, no judgment — just good breath and a little heat.

Kind words
From our guests
I walked in convinced I was too inflexible for yoga. Three months later it is the calmest hour of my week and the teachers still know my name.
The hot vinyasa class kicks my butt in the best way, and the room actually feels warm and welcoming instead of intimidating. Small classes make all the difference.
I came for the reformer Pilates and stayed for the restorative classes. After a long day on my feet, an hour of Yin here resets everything.

Good to know
What should I bring?
Just comfortable clothes you can move in and a water bottle. We have mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters to borrow at no charge, so you can come empty-handed for your first class. Yoga is practiced barefoot, so no special shoes needed.
I am a total beginner — which class should I take?
Start with Slow Flow, Restorative, or Mat Pilates. They move at a gentler pace with plenty of guidance, and our teachers always offer options for every body. Tell us it is your first time and we will look after you.
Do you offer class packs or memberships?
Yes. Beyond drop-ins, we sell 5- and 10-class packs and an unlimited monthly membership that includes every class type. New students can grab a 2-week unlimited intro for $39 to try everything before deciding.
What is your cancellation window?
Plans change — just cancel at least 4 hours before class starts and your credit or drop-in goes right back to your account. Late cancels and no-shows forfeit the class so we can free the spot for the waitlist.
