Good to know

What should I bring to a notary appointment?

Bring the unsigned document and a current, government-issued photo ID such as a driver license, state ID, or passport. The name on your ID should match the name on the document. Do not sign the document beforehand — the notary needs to witness your signature in person (or over a verified connection for remote notarizations).

How far does the mobile notary travel?

Our mobile notary serves Dallas and the surrounding metro area, including nearby suburbs. We regularly visit homes, offices, hospitals, and care facilities. When you book a mobile visit, share your location and preferred time and we will confirm availability and any travel fee before your appointment.

What kinds of documents can you help with?

We notarize most common documents and prepare straightforward items such as powers of attorney, simple wills, affidavits, and statutory declarations. For business clients we also offer formation consultations. If your matter is more complex, we will tell you honestly and help you understand your options — we do not take on work outside our scope.

How does pricing work?

Each appointment shows a clear price when you book, and our 15-minute legal questions consult is always free. Mobile visits may include a travel fee based on distance, and multi-signature or loan signing appointments are quoted before we begin. You will always know the cost up front — there are no surprise charges.
