Our story
Bluefin opened in 2016 around one simple idea: every swimmer deserves to feel safe and at home in the water. Our pool is kept bath-warm so nervous first-timers can relax, our classes stay small so instructors really know each swimmer, and our progression is built level by level — from blowing first bubbles to confident freestyle. Whether your toddler is meeting the water for the first time or you are an adult finally learning to swim, we move at your pace and celebrate every win.
How it works
How it works
New to Bluefin? Getting in the water is easy.
- 1
Book a free assessment
Reserve a quick, no-pressure water-readiness assessment. An instructor meets your swimmer in the warm-water pool to see where they are comfortable and what they are ready for.
- 2
Get matched to a level
Based on the assessment, we place your swimmer in the right class — from parent-and-tot bubbles to junior squad — so every lesson is a confident step forward, never a leap.

Splash in weekly
Book your recurring weekly slot and keep momentum. Small classes, warm water, and patient instructors mean steady progress and a lot of proud high-fives.
Kind words
From our guests
My daughter went from crying at the pool edge to jumping in and swimming to her instructor in one session. The warm water and the patience made all the difference.
I am 41 and never learned to swim. The adult beginner class was the first time water did not feel scary. I just did my first lap of freestyle and could not stop grinning.
Both my kids are in junior squad now and they actually beg to go to practice. The instructors are safety-first but the lessons feel like play.

Good to know
How warm is the pool?
We keep our pool bath-warm — around 88 to 90°F — on purpose. Warm water relaxes nervous first-timers and little ones, so swimmers can focus on skills instead of shivering. It is one of the biggest reasons families and adult beginners feel at ease here.
What are your class ratios and safety setup?
Classes stay small: parent-and-tot and private lessons are one-on-one, preschool and school-age groups cap at four swimmers per instructor, and junior squad runs in small lanes. Every instructor is lifeguard- and CPR-certified, and a deck supervisor watches the water during all sessions.
What if we miss a lesson?
Life happens. Let us know at least 12 hours ahead and we will issue a make-up credit you can use within the same session. We keep a few flexible make-up slots open each week so missed lessons do not go to waste.
What should we bring?
A swimsuit, a towel, and goggles if you have them (we have loaners if not). Swim diapers are required for any child who is not fully potty-trained. That is it — caps and kickboards are provided, and we will point out the changing rooms and showers when you arrive.
Ready to dive in?
Start with a free water-readiness assessment and we will match your swimmer to the right level. Spots fill quickly each session — book online in under a minute.
